  Food quality is good, typical of any mcdonalds. However, today is the second day in a row they are "unable" to make a blended beverage. Yesterday, around 3pm, they "weren't able" to make a caramel frapp. Today, roughly the same time, we ordered a smoothie with a meal through the app ahead of time. At pick up, they said they were "unable" to make the strawberry banana smooth we paid extra for in advance. We asked for a refund of the difference and were told "there's nothing we can do about that". We had to go inside and ask for the manager to get the difference refunded. I hope the franchisee sees that they have a shift lead or manager who isnt running their machines.

  dont waste your time coming here. i made sure i would have enough time to stop by in the morning to get McDonald’s and then get to school without being late. i ordered just a frappe and 2 mcmuffins and the workers made me pull up to the front. there were only 2 other cars yet i waited for 10 minutes. i saw another car waiting too. i never got my food. i just left eventually after paying for food and getting nothing. on top of paying for food i didnt recieve, i was late to school even though i made time and left early to get to mcdonald’s.

  Taste old fryer oil in fries often, 50/50 you get decent or terrible customer service or something in your order is missed. Shouldnt be that hard lmao. Prices go up quality goes down...Not worth it anymore sucks there are not more options when strapped for time...

  It honestly feels like an inside joke at this point that the sauces you order — and pay for — never make it into the bag. If you’re lucky enough to receive all the food you ordered, you can almost guarantee the sauces will be missing. This has been an ongoing issue for years, but tonight’s experience was especially disappointing. When I asked for the three sauces I paid for, the employee brought only one. I politely explained that I had ordered three, and she returned with just one more. When I again stated that I paid for three sauces, she appeared annoyed, slammed the window, and eventually handed me the third one without even acknowledging me and acted so annoyed. I don’t understand why something as simple as including paid items in an order continues to be such a struggle. Customers should not have to repeatedly ask for items they have already purchased. I was raised to give 100% effort in any job, and the lack of basic attention to customer service here is honestly mind-blowing.
