It’s too dangerous nowadays I’m 85 years old. I’m not taking chances I’m already getting too many scams. The employees are very rude about it. They will not help me get into the app unless I put Wi-Fi on and they won’t give me a discount that I should deserve. I am always sent to customer service, which is very difficult for me standing in line and very disappointed in Safeway for not honoring my Discounts

While I waited in line on 12/10/25, around 2pm, I watched a female Hispanic staff member (identified with penciled arching eyebrows) be dismissive of two elder customers and a worried mother of two.
