Ordered a Double Quarter Pounder Deluxe meal with one request, add Mac sauce. Proceed to wait 15 minutes for the one other person waiting to receive food. My food came as soon as I pulled up. I received what looked to be a single patty between some buns, with onion pickle and Mac sauce. Patty was overdone and had a literal burnt peice of crud, that I'm hoping was grease, hanging onto it. I felt bad feeding the patty to my dog as I watched him toughly chew through it.

I was very nice about it and she stared at me and got another person to ask what I was wanting and I again explained that I just wanted a different cup so it didn’t come off while my child was drinking it. They got ANOTHER person to come to the window and she STILL DIDNT UNDERSTAND. I think there may have been a language barrier but I was speaking English. I ended up getting exasperated and asking for the drink back since they couldn’t figure it out. They were also out of Dr Pepper which was stupid. Took three people to not be able to understand “can I please get a new cup since the lid won’t stay on” what a joke

So, I drove thru the Molalla McDonalds to grab my Grandson a Happy Meal last week, and there was a large line of cars there, I placed my order , drove to the pay window and by the time I got to the next window it was open and my order was waiting for me. It was hot, and the nice lady had a beautíful smile on her face for me also. They are amazing!!! 2 thumbs up Molalla McDonalds,!! 👍👍
