Cowboy Coffee Inc. was founded on July 4, 2010, in Molalla, Oregon, What began as a single coffee shop at 806 E Main St. has grown into a beloved hometown staple, serving Molalla for over a decade. Our motto, "We are in the people business, we just happen to serve coffee," reflects our commitment to connection and community! Opened Cowboy Coffee’s second location at 524 E. Main St. in the inn’s lower level, blending history with hospitality. In November 2021, we proudly launched our signature house coffee roast, crafted with care in partnership with BJ’s Coffee Roasters.
