- SFSimone FieldsMar 28, 20261.0Hygiene standards must be terrible. I ordered a McFlurry and got a short black hair on top, I noticed before I was too far away and asked to get one remade. Got home and there was ANOTHER hair in it. How is this possible? Is this a joke? What are the possibilities hair got into the food twice the same day minutes apart. Makes me wonder how many hairs are getting served to other people.

My food took it home and there was hair in there. I tried to call corporate. I tried to call the restaurant with no avail so today. On February 16th I went into the restaurant and a manager by the name of DAISY SAID THEY DID NOT HAVE A EMPLOYEE BY THAT DESCRIPTION BASICALLY CALLING ME A LIAR AND TOLD ME SHE COULD NOT GIVE ME A REFUND And that I would have to call the location tomorrow and talk to the franchise owner.How am I supposed to do that when no one ever answers their damn phone?So if corporate is going to respond to this review , they need to call me and give me a refund And for your manager DAISY SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED SHE IS HORRIBLE DONT EAT AT THIS LOCATION IF U WANT TO EAT THE EMPLOYEE'S HAIR
