I luckily didnt put it in my mouth before I noticed but I threw away the last of it cause my appetite was ruined. I know the workers are trying thier best so i'm not mad. It's not like it was a bug that comes from rot like a maggot it was a green catpiler they eat lettuce probably got stuck in thier well the food was being processed. However in the future I hope that the quality control is a little bit better with checking produce for pests.

I will literally go out of my way to support this Wendy’s after my son and I were craving a nice spicy chicken sandwich meal and their system went down and could only take cash. I had Wendy’s points I could use but even that couldn’t work:( money wasn’t the issue for us it was the sammich we were hoping for before our vacation as there would be no Wendy’s. They comped our meal, and I promised the honors system I would be back and for sure that’s gonna be our first bite back in the states. Trinity was awesome as well with a wonderful smile 😊 there was no arguing no screaming, just awesome customer service where they saw that we just wanted that unique spicy sandwich Dave Thomas was so proud to share with the world’s well as myself when I worked at Wendy’s 25 years ago🥰

He doesn’t listen to customers in the drive through, always gets my order wrong and acts like it’s my fault. On top of that he doesn’t ask if I want to round up my total for charity, but does it anyways. I didn’t catch it the first few times but the last one I did. When I said I didn’t authorize you to do this, he yelled out of frustration. I won’t be going back here again! Be sure to check your receipts people, they are scamming you out of your hard earned money.
