This has happened for 4 years and I’ll avoid this Taco Bell at all costs. You have all new staff from the last time I’ve ordered so I figured maybe it would be different but once again you never fail too surprise me. 40 bucks down the drain. I work 7 days a week holding two jobs and going to school. I perform at the highest standard because I work with ethic. It’s always really clean and the food is ready fast but above all, the customer service is so over-the-top amazing. Shawn in particular is really great, if you walk in to pick up a mobile order, he’ll ask for your name and make sure the staff knows you’re here and update you on how long it will be, etc. I’ve worked many years in customer service and Shawn is truly the pinnacle of the type of all-Star employee any place would be lucky to have; always smiling, inviting and happy to help. I don’t know why so many people rated this location low, maybe they shouldn’t expect 5-Star dining at a fast food joint - as far as Taco Bell’s go, this is an A+.
