  Orderd a pizza it wasnt done called to get it fixed and said i would get a refund and never recived it and had nothing but probloms trying to get it and no phone calls back

  Pizza came out fast, accurate, and was absolutely delicious when u came in to order. Very friendly staff and great environment. Over all very good experience

  This food did amazing things for my life i lost 20 pounds on a wing only diet. I only wish there was tables so i could sit and eat here forever. 10/10

  I ordered a pizza yesterday at 1050am. It was supposed to be delivered at 1130am. Never came. Called the number but it routed me to a call center where they said it’s be delivered in ten minutes. 45 minutes later I decided to just go pick it up. I walk in and there are pizzas on the floor behind the counter. I tell the employee I want a refund. She cuts me off and says “ uh uh! I ain’t got nothing for you. I’m not even supposed to be here I’m from Hillsboro. You either gonna wait or you ain’t gettin shit”. She then walked away leaving me and four other customers standing in the lobby. I called the number several times and was told I need to keep calling neck to reach the store and that no one in the call center can give me a refund. Meanwhile I got no refund of my 29.00 and no pizza. I just called again this morning and guess what..? Call center saying keep calling. But they just answer the phone so it’s pointless. Pizza Hut essentially robbed me and provided the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. This place sucks. And I will go to every social media page and leave this review in every post until moly money is returned.
