  This had to be the worst tasting pizza that I have had in a long time, also I asked for a pan or deep dish pizza and I got this super thin crust pizza that I'm having to cut with a knife to even get the slices apart

  I ordered a pizza yesterday at 1050am. It was supposed to be delivered at 1130am. Never came. Called the number but it routed me to a call center where they said it’s be delivered in ten minutes. 45 minutes later I decided to just go pick it up. I walk in and there are pizzas on the floor behind the counter. I tell the employee I want a refund. She cuts me off and says “ uh uh! I ain’t got nothing for you. I’m not even supposed to be here I’m from Hillsboro. You either gonna wait or you ain’t gettin shit”. She then walked away leaving me and four other customers standing in the lobby. I called the number several times and was told I need to keep calling neck to reach the store and that no one in the call center can give me a refund. Meanwhile I got no refund of my 29.00 and no pizza. I just called again this morning and guess what..? Call center saying keep calling. But they just answer the phone so it’s pointless. Pizza Hut essentially robbed me and provided the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. This place sucks. And I will go to every social media page and leave this review in every post until moly money is returned.

  Put in an order for delivery and the delivery driver left it on the front porch didn't even knock at our door so we had cold food and when I called the store all he could tell me was he knew the driver and that he would make sure to tell him to knock louder next time. Never ordering from this particular Pizza Hut again.People there were Not very helpful. Too bad you can't give a no star review.

  The quality of ingredients is not very good. I haven't ordered pizza hut for quite awhile for this same reason. Thought I would give them another try but never again! Undercooked, Canadian bacon chopped not slices. I was hungry so I did eat a couple slices, but plan to toss the rest out. Just an overall disappointment. Years ago they were a pretty good place to get a pizza. Toppings were quality, they had a nice salad bar, you could dine in on red and white checked table clothes and I believe the one in my neighborhood had a jukebox. I honestly don't know how they stay in Business.

  I usually don't do reviews, but I felt like I had to. My boyfriend and I work at a different pizza place so we know how the struggle can be sometimes but this, didn't even seem like effort. Just slow lazy effortless food. I got pineapple, tomatoes, and peppers, but the peppers weren't even present. I understand if things get missed during the rush but the other two toppings were everywhere and there were only two peppers on the whole pizza on one single slice. The entire pizza didn't even have sauce it was just flaky cheese. They took an entire hour just to "prep" our food when the exact same order at my restaurant would've taken 15 minutes. Plus the amount of disappointment from the mini cinnabons, just don't get these. They look nothing like the picture and are far too small to be worth the price. I assume a lot of teens work there seeing as it's right next to a high school, but I hope their performance improves and they get off their phones or something. This is extremely disappointing and I don't think I'll get pizza hut again :(
