Whoever the shift lead/manager is today (afternoon/evening) is phenomenal. I accidentally received the wrong item in my order when I stopped in on my lunch break. I didn’t have time to go back when I noticed because of the short amount of time I’ve for my lunch break. I called when noticed to let them know what happened & they actually answered the phone & told me to come back within two weeks & they would get it taken care of. Whoever owns this location or trains the employees should own/train all the locations in the Portland metro area. It’s OK to be human & make mistakes you just address it & take care of it the way the person today did & you will be able to retain your customers. Whoever helped me that was wearing a red shirt deserves a raise!

Trying to play the monopoly game and I ordered off the game menu and they are not using the right wrapper on the food I think the workers are taking them four themselves

With everything going on with food lately, using a valid coupon for a free hamburger seemed impossible. Ended up just paying for it so our daughter could use the play area 30 minutes before they closed. Food was on the short side but I don't eat out often so I don't know what the portions are usually. Maybe a different experience at a different McDonald's..but yet again I don't know since I don't go much. Manager seemed a little touched out with customers and just wanted her break. The guy at the register was really nice and seemed new.
