There is a girl who works at this McDonald’s who always wears glasses and a purple shirt, and she consistently makes my experience there uncomfortable and frustrating. On one occasion, she even asked if she could take a sip of my drink, which I found inappropriate and unprofessional. Every time I go through the drive-through, she leans into the car to look at me and my friends in a way that feels intrusive and unnecessary.
Over time, her behavior has made us so uncomfortable that my friends no longer want to go there at all. In addition to this, she frequently messes up our orders, which adds to the frustration of the situation. She also asks personal questions that are not appropriate for a customer–employee interaction, and it makes me feel uneasy and disrespected as a customer.
On another occasion, she left the drive-through window open, and my friends and I overheard her speaking negatively about other people, which felt unprofessional and unkind. Hearing that made me even more uncomfortable, because it made me question how she might talk about us or other customers when they are not present.
Overall, her repeated behavior has ruined what should be a simple and pleasant experience, and I do not understand what would make her think that this kind of conduct is acceptable in a workplace setting. I believe that employees should treat customers with professionalism, respect, and basic courtesy, and unfortunately that has not been my experience in this situation.

No changing tables for children.
The last few times I came the play area is messy, the food took 20+ minutes/ cold and it’s usually made wrong when you put in a “complexed order” and the presentation looks sloppy..
there is a lot of better McDonald’s to go to I really can’t find one good thing about this one for either breakfast coffee or late night dinner. They put on a nasty amount of mayo on and it just looks like it’s thrown together. I hate how many times I ask for no cheese to get cheese and then wait a long time just to get it fixed because no one is ever in the front to help.
