  So we order delivery probably a few times a month and usually the pizza is lacking toppings even tho we pay extra for additional toppings so we decided to go into the store so that the order would be correct, while here we witnessed the kid below cut multiple pizza for takeout and take slices out to eat personally which is disappointing and disgusting! I’ve noticed pizza being weirdly cut and not match up before but never thought people working were doing this until I witnessed it! Rebeca the driver is cool but this kid below in picture needs to be fired ASAP

  Ordered a couple pizzas and chicken and tots...and this is how perfect chicken looks like according to the people working there. I had to reslice the pizza cuz they didn't even get through the crust, on top of the most un even cut pizza I've had got spicy chicken bacon ranch pizza order the spicy half to one side and that side was only like a third of the pizza each slice was like three bites. I haven't bought from them in a while cuz they seem to be dropping the ball 85% of the time...guess we will just go back to getting costco pizza I can get 6 times the amount of food for the price I paid. EDIT: Had to drive back to the store cuz it was apparently to busy for them to pick up the phone according to there dumb AI that answer the phone. They replaced the chicken with all appropriate size of chicken and so we actually got the cheese on the chicken instead if just the papper...now that being said after the chicken came out the oven I sat there and watched them pull all the burnt cheese off the chicken so either they got there belts are moving to slow or they got the temp to high, but hey they at least gave me a 2 litter for my troubles...still gonna stick with Costco tho

  I’m pretty upset right now. I ordered a pizza online tonight and when it was delivered it was nearly cold, half the toppings were on only one side of the pizza and there was no sauce. I tried calling to speak to an employee or manger but was put in a loop of AI voicemails that only asked if I wanted to place an order. After 10 minutes the AI said they were busy and hung up on me. I tried calling twice and had the same outcome. Edit: I ended driving down to the restaurant to speak to a person. I spoke to the GM Sophia and she is the nicest kindest person in the world. She was so incredibly helpful and did everything she could to make it right. Domino’s needs to have her be the standard for all general managers.

  Sophia is genuinly one of the kindest people I’ve met in the food industry. She was so helpful and truly went above and beyond to help out me and my grandma when she thought an order got messed up, it didn’t ! And she still went out of her way to do so much more than needed. So sweet. So understanding. And remembered my grandma from past orders. Anyway I’m Sophia’s biggest fan now and will be going back specifically for her!! Genuinly such a pleasure, breath of fresh air
