They are completely unprofessional and have the nerve to act like the customers are burdens when they are simply asked to do their jobs. I’ve found avocado peels in the guac, pieces of plastic in the queso, hair in the cheese quesadilla and when telling the staff they say go online and act like it’s no big deal. I hate that this location is the closest to my job.

Now, when I got home my tummy was rumbling In anticipation for a tasty burrito. However, my tastebuds were only meet with a burrito so cold it jarred me back to child hood memories long forgotten. Not “a little room temp” cold. I mean polar express type cold. So cold, it felt like the Ice Age squirrel got dug up, only to be found clutching my burrito instead of a nut. My wife’s bowl? Totally fine. I just wanna know, did someone order the same exact burrito as I and just never pick it up, so y’all threw it in the fridge in hopes a second exact burrito order would come through, and you could just pawn it off to the next poor soul??

So 2 kids meals had no chips and essentially no drink because we had to throw away the disgusting sodas.
