  Service horrible. Normally food and service good. Waited 20 minutes with only 1 person in line. Only 1 employee who was in no hurry, more concerned with online orders than with customers in their store. Someone walked in and only wanted water and they waited on them before the actual customers already there waiting to be served.

  I thought the policy was to treat a mobile order as the next customer in line? Waited till pickup time in my car. Actually said ready a minute early. Watchd a few other customers enter. My app said it was ready. We'll it was not. The only employee was making a customer's food that entered after my sandwiches should have been done. It took 15 minutes after the employee clicked ready for my food to actually be ready.

  Waited 30 minutes for an online order, meanwhile 7 people came and went while my order was not even started. Was asked 3 times wh is my order. Didn't follow what I ordered nor special instructions. Avoid this location.

  Lady was very rude and squished both of my sandwiches because she didn't want to dirty another knife very lazy if I do say so myself. Both times I have went there have been terrible experiences will not be back do not go here!!!!

  Ordered a BLT with double bacon. I got 4 slices. They were happy to charge me for double meat, and gave me 4 slices of bacon? This is absolutely ridiculous. No excuse for this. Did not see it until I got home.
