The same familiar faces always do an amazing job, noticed the manager I was used to seeing is no longer there which is a shame because I've been coming here for over 12 years and I feel it was at it's best when she was there. Orders were quick, now they take 12+ mins. Even with only 1 other car in line. Communication between Baristas seemed much better, drink quality was better. I understand they're just kids but the customer service is weird and awkward. It's too forced. Even the ones who have been there the longest seem miserable now. Like that "spark" is gone. What the hell happened? Now the night Baristas, they have some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Rude, short, negative attitude, they make fun of customers after they leave without caring the next customer can clearly hear them, drink quality poor, just no effort at night, I would avoid. Really hope this place can go back to the way it was. Don't know what happened, but it's pretty bad now...

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
