    Tonight I used the mobile app to make an order which was a meal deal chickenstrip basket with drink fries and a small blizzard I also got a 4 piece chicken stop basket w fries and a chocolate malt. The food was nice and hot bit totally missing the gravy with both items and even though the malt was good it didn't have hardly or any chocolate at all tasted like a vanilla malt. But all in all good but what makes me mad is I really get the chicken strips for the gravy it makes them unique and good. The young man at the drive thru I could see was in his phone before I pulled up. Barely said a word I asked him glfor drink carrier straight away he did it so no complaint there. But even though I had told him at speaker I was a mobile order I had to tell him again as he tried to charge me. Then he didn't bother to tell me at all there was no gravy or offer me an alternative. I got home noticed no gravy so I drive all the way back and I go inside he says oh yeah we are out of gravy. I was like but you didn't bother to tell me at the drive thru? How about Ranvlch I say after he names all but that in telling me what they had oh sorry we are put of ranch too I was like wow I privably would have canceled my order as I don't like anything else but please just throw some sauces in the bag please I'll try em. I was not happy and his personality was the I don't give a crap attitude. I told the two guts working in frint that they needed to learn customer service because this was not good customer service I didn't bother mentioning the malt it's fine just not chocolate. It seems this is alot of places these days. I'd be willing to come I er and teach them I've got years of experience. It's not even that hard. Please teach these youngins to do better. Lol I'm 49 I can't believe I'm saying that but it's true!

    Out of all the times I’ve been here, never once has the food or service been good. After giving this DQ many chances over the years I’ve finally given up. They give not even half the fries any other DQ gives, and the fries they do give are soggy, cold, and look like they’ve been crushed in between the workers fingers. I got a chicken strip basket and the chicken strips were falling apart and mangled. The bread wasn’t toasted and was soggy. I got 14 cold soggy fries and half were crushed. If I wanted mashed potatoes I would have made them myself. I’ve never been to a restaurant that has been so consistently awful no matter the time of day or year. Let’s get to the workers, I waited 5 minutes till someone came to take my order. One of the workers there was sagging his pants and didn’t have any work clothes on. After ordering it took 20 minutes to get my food. I was the only one there. If I have to wait that long the food should atleast be good.

    They made a mistake in our order, which is not great but stuff happens. We called to report the error to the store and get the order fixed. They argued and said we didn't know what we ordered. I called the corporate office and they said the store manager or owner would call back. Its been 2 weeks, no one has called back. How insane is it to tell a customer I know what you ordered and you don't? How would you feel when your order had mistakes and you got this attitude? As a result my entire extended family has boycotted all dairy queen locations due to the complete lack of a responsibility other than the argument. i was in the business for almost 40 years at family dining and if one of our servers did this they would get fired immediately and the meal would get comped. There is no excuse for telling a customer they don't know what they ordered.

    Everytime i go they ran out of something its like they never have anything. The girl that was taking my order was so rude and seemed annoyed. Also if theyre ganna stop serving at 9:40 then they should change the closing time.
