  Why so many bad reviews and no response from management. That's very telling this is the third Taco Bell I've looked at bad reviews and nobody cares.

  Please for the love of god do not waste your time going here horrible customer service and even worse food. I don’t know how they keep this place open and running. I go to order two bacon breakfast crunch wraps with a medium drink. She even read my order back to me confirming and I said yes and I thought it was odd that the price was only eight dollars for three things. I checked my bag to see that there’s only one crunch wrap in there, and I go back into Taco Bell asking why I was only charged for one and then I asked for two and told her that I want my other one I didn’t want to pay for it and she was trying to charge me for her It’s not hard to reread in order back to somebody again just to make sure even at the window confirm the whole order again clearly she doesn’t understand how to do her job And when I went back to go pay for my food, she saw that it was me ordering the food and ran to the back because she couldn’t face me horrible Taco Bell don’t go here

  I would give this place zero stars if I could. Took my family here, ordered off the kiosk, tried to pay at the counter, waited about 10 minutes while 2 employees walked by the counter several times ignoring me before I finally left and went to the taco bell on on West main. Funny enough another family in line behind us at the Jackson location also left and went to the main location.
