  I've never seen so many bad reviews in my life what's up with the Taco bells in this town I've checked every one of them lots of bad reviews and worse than that the management doesn't care there's no response to any of these, See ya

  have been here a few times, was fine, until I ordered a grilled cheese burrito and got a cheesy bean and rice burrito. I also ordered two orders of the Cinnabon two packs and only received one order. Lastly, I ordered a nacho cheese cup and they filled it 1/4 up. service was fine though

  Today i drove through the drive through to order food for my daughter and i. We ate the food in the parking lot because we had our brand new baby puppy with us. (We have been eating at this tacobell for 20 years once a weeek.) While we were eating our food i noticed our drink was getting low because my daughter and i where sharing the drink to save a couple bucks. I went in to refill my drink like i always have, and after i refilled my drink the Regional Manager for Columbia Bells (who owns a couple TacoBell Franchises) told me she was going to press charges on me if i ever get caught filling up my drink again. I was very suprised by this as i thought my large drink had free refills. I proceeded to take my drink to my car, and started filling out the review of my service through the tacobell app. After i submitted my review, i went back in the store to ask Cassie for her managers phone number. I wanted a corporate number, or her bosses number since she is a regional manager i wanted to make sure my complaint was heard and not swept under the rug. She began speaking over me, and tried saying that since i was yelling at her she was going to call the police and that i am trespassed from the store. I have never had a ticket, been arrested, got a write up at work, or have never really done anything wrong. I crrtainly DO NOT STEAL. This lady made me feel like a dirty theif, and embarrassed me and my daughter. Cassie, shame on you. You are disgraceful.

  Recieved the thinnest crunchwrap I have ever seen in my life. First time I've ever left a Taco Bell without a full stomach. $12+ for a "luxe" box with the lightest servings possible is simply offensive.

  This is probably the worst taco bell in Medford. Don't go. Under cooked food por service. Waited over 30 minutes in the drive through just for the 3 people in front of me to leave without getting anything. Got the app prompt asking me if I'm paying with the app then nothing... I waited 5 minutes then left myself. Will not go back I will drive farther away to a better one. Not to mention the homeless people always around. I don't care about them they don't bother me but it's bad here
