  Waited over 10 minutes just for 2 drinks and they were not busy at all. We will never go back tobthe location by walmart on Crater lake hwy

  I used the app and parked. Took 20 min after being informed food was done to bring it to me. The burgers were great! The fries, tater tots and onion rings...no. I have never had anything come out of a deep fat fryer tasting so horrible! I was eating the crud on the sides of the fryer, I swear. That is all we could taste. Stale no less and cold.

  They try really hard, but their app could be a lot better. It’s hard to customize some items, so you have to order in person and can’t use the app. Also they don’t make it easy to use old gift card balances, but it’s relatively easy to use rewards. Paying and consolidating balances should be much easier.

  Atmosphere is not what I used to be, I felt terrible for the employees who seemed extremely unhappy and bored. Food was amazing, and overall they did their job. (Better employee incentives make for happy workers!)

  Pretty much a small tots in a large size. Pathetic. Burgers taste nothing like the do at other Sonics. Slow wait times
