- SPSage PierselMar 29, 20263.0I shop here all the time and this is a silly thing to focus on but it bugged me today. Cashier Jeannine approched me at self checkout asking if she could "clear that screen for ya" and I said sure, thinking that there was problem that needed an override or something. Instead I watched her give full scores on the survey which isn't honest at all. I told her to not do that for people, that its not actual customer feedback shes just boosting the numbers artificially and thats not cool. For all I know, cashiers are encouraged to do that by management itself but its shady for sure. She was pleasant the whole time.

We go to get decent desserts there that taste good and that are worth it to get. Sometimes our meals are on sale and we go get those, as well. Usually, we go get on sale items that are there, and it works for us. We do enjoy Safeway much of the time. It saves money when products are on sale. We appreciate Safeway, thank you.
