  The food was good. High prices. Salad was given without dressing or butter for bread.

  I went in last night and had a "You pick two" I ordered soup and salad. My salad came with no salad dressing on it and it looked like they didn't finish making the salad as it was missing toppings. I also ordered soup, when I got back to my table from picking it up, I had to go back to get a spoon, and then later for salad dressing. The worst part was the guy behind the counter was the "lead" or manager in charge, he just was not doing his job. He clearly did not look at the food he handed me. Part of the issue is that there is a "girl" in there that likes to hear herself. So she talks with a loud voice and about everything and anything. If no one is listening, she just talks anyway. She needs to do her job a little more and not distract the other employees. They might have been able to complete my salad if she had. But I should have known when the parking lot was empty when I pulled in at 7:15 that I should have gone somewhere else. Live and learn. Will not ever go back - The quality of Panera has gone way down, and they charge too much money for tasteless food. After reading the rest of the reviews, I guess this is normal for this place, I cannot even call it a restaurant as that would imply good food and customer service. This is a self service establishment, you even have to take your own order, and then they want tips too.

  I’ve been to different Panera Breads in different states and this one in Medford Oregon has the best customer service. Noah had taken my order and he was very attentive kind and helpful. Thanks Noah for your patience with our decision on taking our order and being kind.

  This location is a solid and very typical Panera. It is tasty, quick and the staff and service were friendly. The entrances into the parking lot are a bit of a pain in the butt with the median between lanes of travel blocking your turn in from the north. The facility was clean and if you’re wanting a Panera…this is definitely one to stop at.

  The food is alright but you can’t really get anything amazing without spending nine bucks for a little sandwich service really needs help. Also, most of the time you come to the counter no one is there. You have to wait for at least 2 to 3 minutes. So a couple bright spots in and overall disappointing restaurant
