I waited nearly ten minutes just to place a simple order: a kid’s meal for my son and three double stacks. The employee working the drive-thru was noticeably rude and acted irritated that I was even ordering. After waiting another ten to fifteen minutes at the window, he handed me the bag and insisted everything was inside. I got home and found that most of my child’s meal was missing. For how long I waited and how basic the order was, this should not have happened. The service was rude, slow, and completely careless. Very frustrating experience.
