    Many thanks to the crew on duty tonight! I was going through the drive thru with my kids at about 7:30pm on Friday November 7th 2025. Unfortunately our city has an issue with homeless people like most cities these days. A man that was clearly intoxicated attempted to approach my vehicle while asking for money. I informed him that I didn't have cash. They continued to approach and I said I had kids in the car and to not approach my vehicle. I am more than willing to help when a person acts with decency. Normally I would offer to buy them food but when they continued to approach after I asked them not to, I decided against it. This all happened in about 60-90 seconds. I've gone to this taco bell numerous times over the years and this was the first time someone approached me like that. The crew were quick to intervene and ask the person to leave before the situation escalated. In my opinion, they all deserve a raise! Thank you!

    A crazy worker was cussing in the lobby slamming himself into the doors and freaking out. Proceeds to leave the building and slam himself into the door to get back in. Night shift

    Just like any other Taco Bell but the lady who works this shift doesn't like Doordash orders and just treats the dashers like crap and disrespect which isn't something a worker should do to anyone.

    Horrible costumer service and staff are so rude and not understanding, unprofessional environment and very dirty, never have I ever put in a order for a fast food place and it took an hour to be made and still isn’t here to me, worst Taco Bell and worst service , 0/10 recommend
