Only one manned register was open with several people in line. Immediately another person came to man another one and right after that, another one. So I was out within five minutes. I like that kind of service. It's clean and well-stocked.

She goes ABOVE AND BEYOND and its like seeing a good friend every time I see her! That is so rare in this day and age. She truly lights up my day with her friendly demeanor and positive attitude. She takes the time to CALL ME when something is not available to see what she can do to help. The world needs more people like her. I've sworn in the past I would never shop at Safeway again due to their deceptive pricing and not honoring digital coupon prices. Their receipts are confusing and near impossible to determine while after checking out whether or not you paid the advertised price for items. It's only after you're home and can review the receipt in detail that you discover you've been overcharged once again. This is a well documented national problem with the Safeway/Albertsons chain of stores.
