I called and was answered by an "ordering service" I tried to order a pizza. Apparently they were out of a few ingredients. The gal couldn't tell me what they were out of. I was on hold while she called the store to see what they out of. Why the heck can't we just call and order directly. I waited 10 minutes on various holds since the call agent didn't have any answers to my questions. I told her my husband didn't want olives so she made sure to tell me they did however have olives. I gave up. We went to anther restaurant. This is ridiculous. I can't believe the agent can call the store but we can't order directly. No thank you. Never again will I try to order from papa John's.
