  The girl working tonight (2/26/26 @6:20pm) is RUDE. Very snarky. I’ve been here twice and she has attitude when asking the difference in a Julius and a smoothie. She WORKS here. It’s part of her job to be nice to customers. Adding too that the copy and paste responses from the “guest relations” is insane. I won’t be back because it seems that workers are just allowed to be rude to customers here. I work customer service jobs and this is how businesses go out of business.

  Stood for several minutes de ciding on an order. We asked the employee if she would please answer a question. We were RUDELY told she was filling an order and to read the signs. We had already read the signs. They did not have an answer to our questions. I didn't know The Wicked Witch of the West worked there. I said thank you, we will go elsewhere. Owner: that was at least a $25 -$30 order lost, 2 unhappy and 2 more lost customers and ANOTHER BAD REVIEW.

  One girl, one guy working. Acted like we were intruding on their time and we were a nuisance to them. Please hire people who want to work.
