    I didn't like not being able to talk to someone when ordering my meal, it was a self service and I didn't get money back for the work I did , they would have had to pay an employee to do the same work if they are not paying the employees I should get money off for doing the work the employee got,

    I count 4 people with long hair and no hairnets or hats while making my food, no one is wearing gloves while handling my food, the food is stale and gross, do they not care about health and safety? Disgusting place, they ignore you at the counter too, they won't even say one moment when they make eye contact, not to mention my order taking literally 20 minutes, for a 6 dollar meal deal... Ruined McDonald's for me.

    Yesterday and today I ordered a "sausage, egg and cheese mcmuffin and a sausage, egg and cheese mcgriddle" Both days my husbands mcmuffin was great however yesterday they gave me a BACON egg and cheese mcgriddle and today it was a JUST A BARE SAUSAGE PATTY!! Tell me, for the love of god, what am I supposed to say to actually get what I order?!?!

    I wish there was a no star option. Customer service is awful and very slow. We wanted breakfast got in line at 10:20am they took so long that when we got to the speaker at exactly 10:30am they longer were serving breakfast. Save your time and drive to the one across town.
