If yall dont have the food ready then you deserve to have high drive through times. Artificially lowering your drive through times by having people pull around the side is shady at best. And should be told to the customer at the time they order. Because, I will 100% of the time, cancel my order if I get told to pull around the side and park. Ive done it in the past and it nearly always results in a minimum 10 minute wait.
