Upon arrival this person named Malia had dropped a pizza on the floor and just picked it up an reboxed it along with its toppings and rearranged them once again on the pizza and placed it back under the heater. When I confronted her she said it was none of my business. As a frequent shopper here I was taken back by the whole incident I just got my money back and swore I would never return. If she would blatantly do this in front of a customer I am terrified of what she would do with no witnesses. Personal opinion either remove her as employee or retrain her on food handling rules. I will be forwarding a formal complaint to OSHA and any other agency involved with the food service industry on training and sanitation regulations. I will not be coming back until I am assured she is no longer handling food Domino's Pizza 2336 Crater Lake Medford Or 97504 c/c Facebook as well

I agreed to that and paid for the order. 35 minutes later I called to check the status and I was told it would be 35 to 45 minutes. Get it together Domino’s! I certainly don’t have this issue with the Stewart Avenue one. Lots of options in Medford maybe you should try harder to keep people coming to your store.

Lady making my pizza called me to verify that's what I wanted! Very appreciative of the call and the mistake was taken care of immediately.
