We came in on a Saturday afternoon and were sitting in the bar for an hour and a half. Half an hour was spent waiting on our food, which came out cold, and a half hour was spent waiting to cash out. We asked the hostess if we could pay with her and she said we could only cash out with our server. I do not blame our server who was having to cover the entire bar area on top of making all alcoholic beverages. The hostesses did their best to jump in and help when they could, but it is wildly unrealistic to schedule 1 person to cover all of that and be expected to meet expectations and provide a good customer experience. We were not the only ones faced with this situation and frustrated that they were not able to cash out. One employee came to the bar and mostly just talked to our server and poured maybe 5 beers to help then just walked away and was never seen again. Our server 100% needed more support, whether from the manager on staff or another server who was capable of putting in orders, checking on guests, refilling drinks and cashing out tables. Again, I do not blame the server since she was wildly overstretched, but the management needs to take ownership and do a much better job supporting their staff and schedule accordingly.

I got an order of boneless wings and some fries, The food came quick and fresh, it tasted amazing so i'm not sure why they have such a low rating. Great food def recommend

I could have had better quality food and faster experience at the local school lunch cafeteria. The quality of food has gone down so much its sad. Used to be good but wont go back again. Spent $83 for the worst experience iv had at a restaurant in a long time.

Sat in the bar, waited over 45 minutes for 2 burgers. They were cold with burnt bread and they didn't forgot ingredients on both. Server never returned. After we were done eating we had to wait 15 minutes for our check. 2 other tables complained about their food while we were there as well.

I have ordered to-go from this restaurant many times for my family. Never once have I had them get the order correct. Failed to include four large fries in the order today! Other times they don’t include ranch or vegetables or correct number of wings. Their online support is useless. At least the wings were good today 🤷🏻‍♂️
