We order a beer, cocktail, and food. Never offered water. 20 minutes later, the beer arrives but the waitress brought another beer instead of the cocktail. She says they have similar names (they didn’t, Old Fashioned versus Windmeyer or something). around 10 minutes later, cocktail arrives at the same time as food. Cocktail is mid, food is wrong. We ordered 20 wings and only got 10, asked for blue cheese and ranch, only got ranch, and the food was luke warm. Waitress never check up on us. Was not the politest. felt very frustrating. Place seems to be understaffed and yet staff is just walking around. Seemed like only one guy was doing anything. Really unfortunate, we like the food there normally.

Sauces on the wings were wrong, and even after asking for a side (to make it easier on the already thin staff) we had to remind them multiple times. Trivia was one of the only reasons we’d return, and even that took a ton of troubleshooting to get the app working. This store really needs some help. Also, worth noting: only about 40–50¢ of every $1 spent here stays in Oregon, so the experience needs to be better.

I ordered the Thai Curry wings again and they were terrible! Thick sauce, one wing undercooked, the next overcooked. I won’t be coming back.
