  As everyone else says they took an insanely long time to get our food and then to even get the check. Waited 30-40 minutes for food, got the wrong order and stale/lukewarm fries. Food was meh. Waited for about 15 minutes to get the check and then another 10 minutes to even pick up the card. Took overall 1.5 hours when it only takes me and my husband to be done eating in 10. For our server Carrie Every time we had a request and were waiting for her to stop by the table she would drop off whatever item and then immediately turn her back before we could say a word. Wouldn't come back due to how long everything was, we came in right before dinner rush so no other tables at the time. I was able to write this review while waiting for our check. :)

  I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap just wanted blue cheese instead of ranch. When I got it the buffalo sauce wasn't on it. They did bring a container if sauce but the breading on the chicken was rock hard. My daughter got her boneless wings with no sauce and hers were also rock hard.

  This place sucks for to go orders they ALWAYS mess our orders up. The wings are burnt or the wrong flavor managers are rude and have zero customer service skills to go/ front staff also just don’t care it’s like this place is way too busy and doesn’t care about mistakes it’s an “oh well” issue. Can’t wait for wing stop to open would rather drive across town than deal with Literally incompetent people.

  Family was visiting from out of town and decided to come here for lunch. WORST service EVER...had to wait over 30 minutes just to get a simple appetizer. Another 30-40 minutes before we got out food. Was given no silverware at all. No refills and was not asked 1 time if we needed anything or how food was. None of the waitresses looked welcoming or had any personality whatsoever. The food was good and had good flavor but the incompetent staff ruined it for us. DO BETTER

  **Edit** The "owner" requested a link for us to "reach out" with - there is no "reach out" option anywhere on that page. There is a Contact Us, and nothing below either that states "Reach Out" We have been to Buffalo wild wings several times and had zero issues. We brought some people with us this time and it was a sad experience. We do not know if they were understaffed or if they just forgot our order, onion rings came out cold and soggy, tater tots were cold, two sets of wings at the table were also cold, and after 35 minutes of waiting for our food to come I had to go talk to someone. Its almost like they forgot to put out our order to us. Another 15 minutes went by before they actually brought the food out. We had been there for over an hour before we actually got our food. Service was OK but flat, asked for a refund on tater tots and onion rings at least. Called manager after we got home and she seemed to be incredibly rushed and I could not continue the conversation I intended to have with her. We will not be going back.
