Today I was told they cannot make my son's birthday cake with their non dairy cookies and cream ice cream. They say because the person doing the cakes "can't get to that kind of ice cream in the back." ??? It makes no sense. All I know is they refuse to make it with their only dairy free option. The woman working there kept telling me they c ould do it with different ice creams, even after I kept telling her that he is allergic to milk! I don't get it, but they have permanently lost all my business. I will never be back. I feel so bad for my son. This really is horrible customer service.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
