  I don’t even know where to start with this Chipotle… absolutely unacceptable. The lettuce was DISGUSTING 🤢🥬 — brown, soggy, and tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. How are you serving food like that and charging full price?? It completely ruined the entire bowl. One bite and you can tell something is off. This isn’t just “not fresh,” this is straight-up careless. People trust you with their food and you’re handing out ingredients that look and taste spoiled?? Unreal. Do better. This is basic food safety, not something optional. Never coming back after this experience 🚫

  DO NOT GET THE LETTUCE IN MEDFORD! It has salmonella!! The MOST DANGEROUS LETTUCE IN THE WORLD!

  I thoroughly enjoy the food here. Staff is always pleasant and acknowledged us when we came in. Can be very busy during peak hours and the wait time can be a bit long for a lunch break.

  Service was fast and accurate. We ordered bowls to eat in the dining area, which included table seating, bar seating, and an outdoor patio. The food tasted good, and there were several free hot sauces available. Drink refills were also offered. The parking lot was huge and free.

  Extremely great people working there that night. I haven't been to Chipotle in years. I loved it before and found it to be as deliciously good this time. The place was clean, bright, welcoming and enjoyable. The salad was sizable, glad to have finished it later at home. Found the price for it dinner reasonable and matched to value of the meal and it's ingredients, as well as their quality and flavor. I had the carnitas! WOW!
