- WPWilliam PeffleyApr 25, 20265.0Chick-fil-A stand on is own merit. And most stores are amazing. This particular store is easily the best I’ve ever been to. We interacted with no less than 7 employees. I wondered if they had a competition to see who could be the most sincere and helpful person. They have a POW/MIA table honoring fallen/missing veterans. Very touching. Chris Peyton (owner), Kyleigh (manager), and Dustin (ice cream guru and cook) were absolute highlights of our stop over.

The chicken patties on the sandwich was VERY salty and there was no sauce on the buns so it was very dry. The fries were cold and not cooked enough. I ordered a sprite and got water..... So, not a good experience for me.

The male manager with glasses handed me the drink, I said thank you, he didn't say anything in return. He looked visibly angry having to go fill my soda for me like it was the biggest inconvenience I could have asked for. The food was great, but the manager makes the experience very negative.

We had the best time and Joshua is the absolute best in the world! We wanted to recognize him for his outstanding service and joy he has! We will definitely be coming back just because of him!

You may get overcharged and when you question it after the fact, you will receive an apology and be told they can give you fries to make up for it, but that they don’t normally even do that. Like they are doing you a favor. No financial compensation. Just a lot of words saying how staff should be trained. Won’t be coming back. Everything is overpriced anyways. Which would be fine if the customer service was also excellent to match.
