  Great food and even better service! The burgers were fresh and delicious, and I loved the crispy fries. Definitely a solid choice for a quick bite!

  We don’t live in the area, but we live windy so we decided to go through the drive-through. We told them exactly what we wanted in our order and they rang up almost everything incorrectly. I told them a Black coffee, but they rang up a cold brew and never refunded the cold brew at the window after they corrected it. We did the two for $3 and told them the sausage biscuit and the small seasoned potatoes. I said a honey butter biscuit and they rang up a chicken honey butter biscuit. They rang up a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit and a small seasoned potato. They don’t read anything back to you and they don’t confirm at the window. Since we were on a trip, we didn’t have time to go back in, but I will be calling the corporate number to discuss how I can get this corrected. I guess it’s a good thing McDonald’s is across the street

  This is a very good Wendy’s. QSC - Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. That is the Wendy’s way! We had a very nice dinner Fri about 6:15. The single cheese, chicken sandwich, and baked potato w/ chives were all fresh and hot. The order was ready quickly and prepared accurately which is almost unheard of where we live in the Tampa Bay area. The Frosty was yummy. We were quite surprised to see that the lot, dining room, and kitchen were clean. It is my guess that there is a lot of emphasis in this store on hiring, training, and supervision. I always thought that these things were a never ending process along with paying close attention to the operations manual. You are most definitely on the right track. Well done!

  Don't eat a lot of fast food but Wendy's is better than most.

  I was going through the drive through and when I was saying my order there was a girl giggling as she took it. I said to myself "She probably didn't get everything I asked for." and I pull up to the window, get my food, check it and there was only one burger in the bag when I ordered two. Tell your employees to pay attention to customers orders.
