And there was not adequate staffing for this. Therefor my special instructions were overlooked when they made my catering sandwich platters. Every platter was made incorrectly except for one. I reached out to management and the EZ catering, and they did refund me for about 80% of my order, which I was very happy with. If you order catering, be sure to check the platters before leaving the store.
