- NNNicholasDec 10, 20252.0I pre-ordered my food, notified me my food was ready. I walked in the store, 2 people walked in after me naturally they got helped first and got their orders. I sat there for about 15 minutes after my food was allegedly ready, finally got it. They forgot my drinks so I took two empty cups and got my own drinks. Finally I make it home and they forgot the avocado sauce packet for the cantina chicken meal... I don't know what the point of ordering ahead is if people that are walking in and people that are going through the drive-thru are getting all their food before me when mine was "ready" My favorite part of the experience was when a older couple walked in to order food at the counter and a employee walked up greeted them told them he couldn't take their order and they had to order from the self ordering kiosk. Play literally said they weren't comfortable using that the kid just sat there and looked confused and the people literally walked out of the restaurant... If whoever owns this store is wondering why it's losing money, just watch the day-to-day on the cameras. I could literally pinpoint all of it in the 20 minutes I was sitting in the lobby waiting for my food.

- AAA aOct 28, 20255.0Love it here . Food always seems fresh to order. The drive thru has friendly faces. Their wait time is next to nothing when we go . I do miss chase such a nice person always used greets us with a smile . Now my kiddos and I don't go in like we used to because we always went to say hi. This person was always good to my kiddos.
