Service was above average, very quick service times, but my mc chicken had a black bun from being burnt, and my fries were warm and limp straight outa the drive through

Very disapointed in this McDonald's!
I ordered through the Mcdonalds app, when the door dasher delivered the order, half the order was missing, the drink that made it was wrong, and the fries were cold and tasted stale. I called the store and they said that I would have to come to the store to get my missing food because they can't just have it delivered... okay... so when I got to the store I asked for a new drink and fries for the part of the order that did get delivered because the drink was wrong and the fries were cold and stale tasting on delivery. I was treated like I was trying to scam them... seriously, out of what, what I ordered? I had to come to the store to fix your mistakes after I paid for delivery and I get treated like I'm doing something wrong, unacceptable! The shift manager didn't even bother to come out and speak to me about these issues!
