Food is assembled poorly and rarely warm. They force you to pull forward in the drive thru just to meet timing quotas and then they forget to bring you your food. Worst McDonald's I've ever been to.

This McDonald’s is the most inconsistent McDonald’s you’ll ever go to. Sometimes you’ll go and service will be quick, nice, and your food is amazing. Other times you’ll wait 20 minutes for food and it will be wrong and cold.

I ordered the seasonal peppermint hot chocolate. Boy what a disappointment that was. A lot of milk or water but no chocolate or peppermint taste at all. Do better please.

Young lady at register didnt get the chance to get her name is very nice to my family and I. She was professional and any mistakes on the order she acted professional to the mistakes and fix them. Her General Manager on the other hand didnt take the mistakes so kindly and professionally. I overheard her raising her voice and at times raising her voice to customers when they asked for the item in a normal tone. Food is good though but the customer service is always a situation at this restaurant.
