  Employees need to actually look at what there doing I went to get a garlic parm chicken strips basket After i already drive off I find out I don't have a fork only 2 knifes and I don't have the toast my basket should have. Won't be back I'm not paying for food I'm not getting!

  We love this dairy Queen! We pick up food and drive to Billy Chinook and eat it. Good times!

  Well I must admit I go to Dairy Queen a lot but this one in madras, first off I’ve never ordered a double flamethrower and especially at over 8 bucks for just the sandwich but they said I did order a single, then we said a classic double cheeseburger and got a single and with not a single customer there but us we waited over 30 minutes for these two sandwiches, unfortunately we didn’t listen to everyone else in our small town about not going to this particular DQ, seems with a serious problem ever keeping anyone in there location as employees to help the customers maybe it’s time for DQ to evaluate exactly what is the issue with store, they have an extremely terrible reputation at our church and with all friends and family and have for years

  I ordered my food I was missing gravy and said order I came back 5 minutes later than drive-thru got ignored went to the window they see me got ignored again called dairy Queen asked if they had gravy they said they were out for the night. Shitty experience could've had better courtesy
