A lid would have been helpful also colder ice-cream. I'm thinking restaurant should add a liquid nitrogen quick freeze bath after adding blizzard ingredients, problem solved.

- JCJesse CanningSep 5, 20251.0On September 4 I decided to go to Dairy Queen to get a midnight milkshake when this Fiona from Shrek of a woman with a broken arm Took my order and was extremely rude to me and 3 other people. Normally I’d just let it slide mabe she just had a bad day and was tired. I’d seen someone I knew in the drive through, they were told to pull forward. Then it was my turn to pay she looks at me and says “milkshake?” With attitude then said my total. I was handed my drink then I pulled forward to talk to the people I knew and they had the same interaction with her, Fiona had brought them their food and proceeded to say that they “couldn’t park there”. I knew the person behind me and had called them on messenger and asked if they’d had the issue as well and SHOCKER THEY DID. This is by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced this lady needs to be fired.
