  Got stuck in the drive through after ordering a couple of small blizzards. Took 20 minutes to get to the window, they took my money and then said it would be another moment. Eventually someone came back to the window and asked me to move ahead because they had accidentally cleared my order. When they did finally come out with the ice cream, it was wrong, and the cups were not full like a blizzard normally is. I counted five people in the counter area and it really wasn't that busy. They should have been able to handle the amount of customers with the staff on hand. Later, a friend that lives in Madras told me this location is notorious for horrible service. I will not be back.

  Employees need to actually look at what there doing I went to get a garlic parm chicken strips basket After i already drive off I find out I don't have a fork only 2 knifes and I don't have the toast my basket should have. Won't be back I'm not paying for food I'm not getting!
