  Did our order on the screen that kept freezing up. Waited twenty minutes for our order and the cashier said the order never went through. So I tried placing a order with her but she said I had to do it on kiosk and wouldnt take my order. A complete joke. Its not the first time I've had problems with this taco bell. Strongly recommend you going somewhere else.

  We walked into the lobby at 10:20pm on a Friday to be turned away and pointed to the drive thru. We then waited in the drive thru for 5 minutes to place an order just to be told they will not serve people not in vehicles.

  This place needs new management or staffing. To get food it should take 30 minutes in the drive thru line and another 10 to 15 waiting for the food. Yes, it was a little busy but my 6 and 7 year old could have made food fast than this. Disappointing service. Won't come back through here again.

  Can’t say I have had a bad experience at Taco Bell in the last 20 years till tonight! Ordered on the app waited an hr was repeatedly told they were short staff and couldn’t do anything while the drive thru was moving at a steady pace! Walked out without our food when we left there was about 20 people standing inside waiting!

  Ordered a box meal online. Was told time, I got there and had to wait an extra 17 minutes. Store was filthy. Bathrooms were filthy. Drive home and order was incorrect. Tacobell is no longer cheap fast food. It's expensive and takes forever. Deleting app and never coming back.
