    If ANYONE at your store would answer the phone, especially the pharmacy, that would be great. I’ve never experienced such frustrating nonsense with a store’s basic services.

    We live here and have placed pick up orders a few times in the past 3 months. Not once have they picked our items accurately! Twice now we were told that they were out of items on our order and substituted for more expensive options. I went into the store myself on the same day and found plenty of what we originally arked for. We have made management aware twice and these issues remain. Not impressed.

    Good selection, prices are steep unless you use their app and if you miss coupon scan you better catch it or you will eat it! Literally! It should be automatic, but you have to have your phone scanning if you want the deals. Expensive otherwise.

    I placed a pick up order today. I was notified after l paíd for the order they were out of the lamb roast, which I had planned my whole dinner around. Logan, who answered the phone for pickup order issuea, could not have cared less about helping me secure another roast for my dinner. They were too busy for him to take the time to help me. He also said the meat dept told him they were out of all their lamb. I didn't have the chance to tell him this was the 3rd pick up order for me this week. But I doubt it would have mattered if I'd had said I was a local and spet over $300 in week at the store. He did not care to help me. A simple phone call from him to the meat dept would have done the job. So I called the meat dept and was told they had plenty of lamb roasts. Meanwhile, Larry, who brought the rest of my order to my car, was wonderful. He offered to go back into the store and get me the roast I needed. Compared to the ineffectual and uncaring Logan, Larry should be in charge and deserves a raise. He is the type of employee you want representing your store. He was kind, pleasant, and really wanted to fìx the problem. And he did.Thank you, Larry. P.S. The meat department was also very pleasant and helpful, but their items need to be better updated on the website.
