There were four employees working, only two cars ahead of me and a few behind, yet we sat in line for nearly 15 minutes. That’s completely unacceptable for a place that’s known for being quick. On top of that, the attitude from the employee was off—just strange and not welcoming at all, which made the wait even worse. I also paid extra for soft top and didn’t get it. When I asked about it, I was told “it’s on there,” when it clearly wasn’t. It’s not about the amount—it’s about paying for something and not receiving it, then being brushed off when you bring it up. Really disappointing experience overall. Definitely not the standard I expect.
- AFAndrea FrankApr 4, 20261.0Stopping by on our way out of town. Did a pre-order in the app so it would be faster. We had an RV so we had to walk up. Right after we walked up a barista asked if we wanted to do a walk up order and I told her that I had placed an online order that should be ready. She said she was going to check on it, then came out a few minutes later with two drinks for another walk up customer. She went back inside then to take orders from cars. I patiently waited. After waiting for 10 more minutes and every drive thru car that was there when I had arrived was happily on their way, I had to go to a window between cars to ask about my drink. Again I was told they would check on it. After about 5 more minutes a barista came out with my drink (ice melting and cold foam melted down into the drink) saying that she thinks they forgot about me!! I’ve never had such poor service at a Dutch Bros and am truly disappointed!! Do better Dutch!!

What drinks are caffeine-free?
We can handcraft our classic espresso drinks (mocha, latte, breve) using decaffeinated espresso! Our Hot Cocoa, Shakes, Smoothies, Sparkling Sodas, and Lemonades are caffeine-free options to fuel your day! Check out our menu for a full list or ask your broista for recommendations!

We offer a free sticker, while supplies last, with every drink purchased on the first Wednesday of every month at all of our shops!
What is the difference between a shake and a freeze?
A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!
What kids drinks do you offer?

What's the age requirement to work at a Dutch Bros?
Company-wide, our minimum age requirement is 16; however, each location is locally operated and some areas may have additional age requirements in place. We encourage you to check in with the broistas at your local stand for more information!

Can I purchase Dutchwear apparel?
We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
