  I enjoy being able to walk to this McDonald on a beautiful sunny day along the Lower Boones Ferry road’s nicely maintained sidewalk to enjoy my breakfast or a hamburger meal. The restaurant is nicely remodeled and furnished with stylish design. The only downside is this McDonald had removed the fountain drink station that we used to enjoy after their recent remodeling. I also learned McDonald Corporate is slowly trying to move away from having fountain drink available for customers’ convenience. That means you cannot even self-served to a cup of water and is compelled to order a beverage along with your meal! We ordered two double quarter pounders with cheese hamburgers using the BOGO coupon in the receipt from our last visit. The hamburgers were delicious as expected. However, comparing the size of the hamburgers to what we get at Carl’s Jr., the McDonald burgers are like 30% smaller than the Carl’s Jr.’s equivalent hamburgers. I believe McDonald operates business more effectively by enabling the ordering process through self-served machines which allows staffs focus on fulfilling the orders. It made the restaurant experience more robotic and less personable is the way of our fast food chain industry today. It’s a bit of wait time trying to get a staff’s attention to place our order at the counter. Overall, I am pleased with the meals and would visit again along with my walk on the Boones Ferry road.

  In the long line of bad McDonald's this one is right up there at the top. You walk in. No one even acknowledges you or helps you. You are forced to order off the kiosk and then when you do order off the kiosk you don't get a number. You don't get a receipt. You don't get anything. It just closes out so you don't know if they got your order or not. No one will answer a question. No one will help you. And then you sit there and wait. I ordered two McChickens and it took almost 15 minutes of me standing in the lobby. Staring at people before someone finally asked me what I needed. And then my order was either just sitting back there or they made it fresh or whatever. But this place is a joke. If you're in a hurry or crunched on time, do not stop here and if anything go through the drive-thru don't go inside

  What an awful establishment I called McDonald’s to complain I was pitched dark when I got my food and when I took a bite, it was hard as a rock. It was cold. The hash brown was cold. The coffee was like lukewarm like it has sat out for a while it was from the day before then when I called to come played, I didn’t even want a refund. I didn’t ask for a refund. I asked for somebody from corporate to do something and not to mention when I pulled up, sat there for a while. Nobody was even responding to me and then there was other cars behind me building up. Let’s just say I got a phone call from Don the district manager, and begins to say to me her first words. Oh I looked at cameras. I didn’t see any car sitting there waiting. OK well thanks for making me feel small and telling me I’m lying pictures don’t lie. I wish I had a thermometer on me that morning. It would’ve made me sick and I would’ve been on the toilet all day long. I am thankful I did not eat it but what a waste of money and then the best part I didn’t even ask to have it refunded. I wish I did because I didn’t get to eat the food and it was horrible. All I know is I am never eating here and there’s a reason why this score keeps going down for this store. It’s at a 3.14 now thanks to my review and there’s pictures. I don’t know corporate. I think you need to get rid of your district manager because employees act how she acts employees act how their manager acts so you allow this and you tolerate it McDonald’s shame on you I’m not going there anymore. I’ll find another establishment to get my breakfast in the morning. Oh and Don your district manager that’s all I can say again the employees act how they are managed and if they act poor and managed poor and allowed to treat customers the way they do it because the district manager allows it

  3 different times I’ve been given wrong orders and full sugar sodas marked as diet. Get your act together if you’re going to charge higher prices. I shouldn’t have to go back inside multiple times to get what I PAID for
