The order was marked “ready” at 1pm, but when I arrived at 5pm after work, I was told it was sold out. Nobody called, texted, or emailed me. Instead, I wasted a 40-minute round trip drive and 15 minutes waiting in the pickup spot, only to be told they had nothing for me. To make it worse, a lady who claimed to be the manager (though I’m not sure she really was) refused to take responsibility. She only offered a rain check for 6 pieces, not my full order—even though the mistake was on their end. This order was for my family party, and their carelessness completely ruined our plans. If a store confirms an order, marks it “ready,” and then gives it away or mishandles it, they should honor the full order when back in stock. Instead, I got excuses, refusal to fix the problem, and zero accountability. Completely unacceptable.
