- BHBrittny HeilpernJan 1, 20261.0This location, I was profiled for no reason whatever… Paid for everything as always then I sat on the bench outside of the store and ate this cake that I just bought there while I waited for my boyfriend to finish his shopping and suddenly this security lady comes out with another employee following her and says “You have to leave the property right now. There have been multiple complaints about you” confused I said “multiple complaints? about what?” she said “if you don’t get off the property right now the police will get you off the property” I said “are you serious?” as she walks away, she says, and I quote “by the way no soliciting “ and see a cop car pulling into the parking lot right there super confused and offended, but knowing I’m in Washington county I get off the property and my boyfriend tells me that no soliciting is a comment like I’m a hooker or a prostitute. I googled it and I was infuriated that somebody would actually say that to me because there is nothing about my attire or what I was doing at all that would make anybody ever ever think that let alone an employee to say that to me is extremely inappropriate and extremely offensive. All of it was very offensive so I called the store to get that employees name who was very unique looking. She looked like a white haired vampire old Ellen DeGeneres not any other employee looked anything like that in that store and customer service told me “we’re really sorry that that happened, but there are multiple employees that fit that description. We will have management addressed that right away” and then they just said thank you and hung up the phone without giving me the employees name, of course.

She took me to the right location, but found that the shelf was empty. She then asked Mitch who was stocking for help. He directed her to Harley who went into the back to look for the product. They only found an extra large version of the product so I decided not to buy. I was so impressed by how they all worked so diligently and coordinated to get me a response. Truly excellent customer service!
