White man with the mustache at the deli hates his job. Was super rude when I was asking for an order. And looked at me with disdain. After trying to help a white lady and she said I was there before her. She didn't know he had already seen me waiting and chose to help her first.

Only went for balloons and flowers. As I was finishing checking out the florist came over as she was just starting her shift and says "let me get a box for you to travel your flowers in" She was so nice and helpful

I had to drive from Wilsonville, Oregon to Lake Oswego, to go to this Safeway, to pick up my prescriptions. The store seems well put together, and all of the staff was friendly. The pharmacy was quick and I had little to no wait. I'll definitely be back! I love the fresh made dinners they have available!

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I placed an online order for the lobster deal, scheduled for pickup at 10am. The order was marked “ready” at 1pm, but when I arrived at 5pm after work, I was told it was sold out. Nobody called, texted, or emailed me. Instead, I wasted a 40-minute round trip drive and 15 minutes waiting in the pickup spot, only to be told they had nothing for me.
To make it worse, a lady who claimed to be the manager (though I’m not sure she really was) refused to take responsibility. She only offered a rain check for 6 pieces, not my full order—even though the mistake was on their end. This order was for my family party, and their carelessness completely ruined our plans.
If a store confirms an order, marks it “ready,” and then gives it away or mishandles it, they should honor the full order when back in stock. Instead, I got excuses, refusal to fix the problem, and zero accountability. Completely unacceptable.
