Pharmacy,PLEASE ANSWER YOUR PHONES! I’m trying to pick up my medication at a Safeway that’s closer to me. This Safeway (401 A),has filled it and I’m trying to tell them to cancel it. I don’t want to pay out of pocket because this pharmacy won’t answer their phones. I’m aware that some incredibly amazing people have left, but please ANSWER YOUR PHONES. Edit: the person who picked up the phone was incredibly hostile with me when I asked to have my medication transferred. I don’t appreciate being talked to in that manner. I understand that they are severely understaffed (I called the front desk and they mentioned that the pharmacy people they are sending in have decided to not answer phones but the person in pharmacy said she was by herself on the morning?!) I expected kindness and professionalism

I watched her sit there and not only with one but three customers just stare at them the whole entire time while they’re cashiering like there’s some thieves or something you should treat your customers with respect. You should also know if you treat people like thieves and you’re completely incorrect. You can actually be sued yourself and Safeway has a nice umbrella coverage and they would get sued as well treating your customers with respect when you’re in the middle of the heart of Lake Oswego is highly important I will not do my shopping here anymore. I would have to say that is the most rudest encounter you expect that on lower Boone’s very Safeway not up here. Usually there is nice ladies running it but instead it was her today and her bad attitude I felt bad for the girl that I watched at her just sit there and stare and then say it’s under 15 items you had nobody in line at any of your registers besides the one lady that was doing the register had people in her line I just wanna say how disgusting that interaction was and if I could give you zero stars I would and I will be calling customer service to let them know how Tabatha treats people keep having her up there so she just makes your guys score worse for this Safeway when is management for Safeway upper is going to care or realize that their score is so low in the heart of Lake Oswego that says a lot
