  The quality overall has dropped significantly. Frozen chicken in the salad. Metal shards in the pizza crust (like from a metal grill brush). I called and they offer a refund…how about just don’t put metal in your customers’ pizza? Longer deliver times. Same goes for many other places in LO and WL. I don’t know why but it’s so obvious. It’s like no one here cares anymore.

  Trying to track your order online is a complete joke and is very misleading on location and delivery time is always refreshing and inaccurate. The store is just as bad as the employees who run it. Tried to make a re order from a prior mess upped order a few weeks ago and still same excuses of not enough employees to do deliveries and yet again my new order was luke warm. Told the driver to take it back and warned him that this was the issue the first time and this re order is because of that. The driver even stated his manager had given him other stops ahead of mine " because they don't have enough drivers". Even the manager uses this excuse when you ask what the issue is. This is a crap store runned by incompetence and lack of training on all levels. The owners are changing like everyone else has in the past and the current owner seems to keep the same standard from the pervious owners, because nothing has changed except the years that go bye with the same crazy employees running the asylum known as Domino's Lake Oswego...the mgr is not trained and is very unprofessional at best....shame on the owners for letting the prior impressions of this Dump continue still...save your money 💰 go somewhere else and get better service.

  I ordered the new cinnamon bread bites and was disappointed when nearly half of them had no cinnamon sugar coating, meanwhile the other half was entirely covered. I was disgusted when I went to dip one in the icing and a long, 6 inch piece of light colored hair that was attached to my breadbite came out with the icing attached to it like a sugary string. I threw away the rest of the food and im grossed out by the thought of even eating as much as I did. Please wear hair nets when prepping food, this is unacceptable for Friday night. I would've let this slide if it were a monday lol

  Ordered two pizzas and a chicken sandwich. One of the pizzas was chicken bbq and had no chicken and no bbq. The sandwich was burnt and hard to eat. Order took an hour to get to our home. Avoid this place!
