    I also had a poor experience… all my life I loved Chipotle until I experienced this restaurant— not being greeted, mostly out of the selections I wanted, it was a terrible experience that I never expected from a Chipotle restaurant. This will be the last time I visit this restaurant.

    The staff doesn’t listen to any of the requests that you make. We could extra sour cream in my bowl when I’m standing in line, the only fix to doing my full wrong was to go back in line and they still made me pay for the burritos. Strongly recommend going somewhere else..

    I stopped in shortly before closing and noticed several employees were busy with various tasks and conversations, and no one was at the counter when I arrived. After waiting for a little over two minutes without being acknowledged, I decided to leave. I wasn’t sure whether they were still taking orders, but I wasn’t able to place mine.
