  The service was great here and I got a fish and chips kids meal was sufficient quantity and the price was very reasonable for comparable quality fish and chips and I also got the non-dairy Coconut Bliss Shake Plus the way Burgerville does it you only have a little bit of paper trash instead of a bunch of plastic

  I visited this evening and the nice young man at the window ran through my whole order to make sure it was taken down correctly. Somehow when I unwrapped my burger, it was the wrong one. When I pulled around and went inside the store to get it fixed, 3 separate employees knew who I was and what the problem was before I even said a word. One even said "oh good! She came back!" Everyone was very apologetic and sweet and they got me the correct order super fast! I never even got the chance to mention that my issue was allergy-based and I didn't need to. The crew is ON TOP OF IT! I really appreciated all of them and felt very well taken care of here 😊

  Hocky puck fish with over crispy fried batter was not what I call Fish and chips. The Rosemary shoestring fries were ok, but got harder as it got cooler. Next time I will go to the Mexican restaurant down the road.

  I do love burgerville so much. My brother has a life threatening milk allergy and my wife is vegan and this beautiful place has allergen safe food and vegan options. Yall are the best.

  PAY CASH AT ALL BURGERVILLE LOCATIONS! What an absolute shame Burgerville has become. $6.69 for a double cheese burger, over $4 for fries. Then they turn their little iPad around at the drive thru & say, “iT’s JuSt GoInG tO AsK yOu A fEw QuEsTiOnS,” with 20% highlighted as a tip in the fast food drive thru! Absolutely pathetic. This place has lost their minds entirely. What was once a great Portland staple, has become an uncomfortable cash grab. You’ll never leave Burgerville feeling full, but you’ll always leave feeling ripped off. What an absolute disappointment. The corporate people know exactly what they are doing here, & it is not at all the Burgerville it used to be. Not one bit. If you have to go, because it’s the only thing left open, then 100% pay cash to these scammers.
