  Michael was unnecessarily rude and argumentative over some marina sauce on a sub. When I tried to explain that it’s a customer service job and his attitude was inappropriate he then yelled at me in front of my husband and other customers and tried to make it seem like I was starting a problem although I was trying to help him understand that there was no need for him to be hostile. Heidi on the other hand came to the rescue, called their boss, allowed me to speak with her (didn’t get her name) and handled the situation very well. She apologized for Michael’s behavior and tried to let him know what their boss said and he then yelled and continued to snap at her as well. This dude does not need to work the front and has some attitude adjusting to do. We’re semi truck drivers we go through 48 states and don’t deserve to deal with that over a sandwich topping. Thank you Heidi for coming through! You saved your job a horrible rating. Almost gave you guys one star

  Tonight I was informed that after 8:00 p.m. they don't feel like making meatballs. I've talked to managers at other stores have been told unequivocally that meatballs should always be made. There Is no policy that allows them to not make meatballs during certain hours. Just once I wish people would just do their job.

  Person literally put like half a bottle of mayonnaise AND half a bottle of mustard on my wifes 6inch sub😳😳😳 I didn't say anything... And now shes having me write this in the car on the freeway.... pissed about her subway being soggy after having just gotten it. if she gets a ticket it may be your fault😶🫣 -cam
