During her visit inside she had to use the restroom, her new medication acted unexpectedly. She asked not one or two employees but half of the staff for the bathroom code. Not one of them had it or offered to help her at all. She ended up having to change her pants and be deeply embarrassed. Deeply disappointing as we have shopped there plenty of times before. Please, for lords sake, someone figure out the damn bathroom code there.

The old nasty lady at customer service was so nasty she couldn't be fired enough times. Absolutely horrible, the direct opposite of how customer service should be. I don't know how people like that are able to keep a job. I wish I would have gotten her name.
