The staff yells and argues constantly (especially the "cook" with the tattoos covering his face) & the assistant manager always like to "start a war" with customers over nothing. They are known for having two low level staff members run the whole operation, which indicates a severe lack of critical thinking & business management. Good luck to corporate at avoiding future lawsuits. P.s. Half hearted apologies & a broken internet portal "link", cant fix your issues Arby's. I regret ever giving this company money.

- SJSara joroamNov 22, 20255.0The Arby's store in la Grande Oregon I saw a costumer yelling at the manager over French fries she was trying to make them understand they just came out of the fryer immediately asked if she could give them a refund or what she could to to make it right i got mine at the same time and they were hot he was clameing they were cold and he stormed out i just want to say she was trying very hard but the store was clean the serves was fabulous 5/5 very amazing!!
