  At Avalon McDonalds in Klamath Falls, OR, it isn't "Fast Food", it's just "Food" (not the best, even by normal McDonald's standards). It doesn't matter when you come in: early morning, noon, dinner rush, or late at night: you are ALWAYS put in some slot off to the side of the building to be made to wait. This is sometimes as long as five minutes or as long as thirty minutes. Regardless, it will ALWAYS happen. They are NEVER NOT BEHIND (the employees at Avalon McDonald's make it perfectly evident what the "minimum" in minimum wage means: minimum effort). When you eat at Avalon McDonald's, you are signing up for a guarantee to be waiting around. Additionally, often enough, other people who arrived later than you did will be given their food first. Totally unacceptable to have this happen once, much less every single time. Do better.

  I don’t go to McDonald’s often, but I decided to stop in for breakfast a few days ago. I ordered a sausage biscuit, sausage McMuffin, and iced tea. These things are quick to make and I was headed to work. They took my payment, handed me my tea, and asked me to park in spot 6. I noticed a lot of other customers parked and waiting and no food was coming out. After 12 minutes, I went inside to ask what’s taking so long. I stood at the counter for another 4 minutes before anyone came to see what I needed. I gave them my order number and the employee said “they burnt it, it’s going to be a little bit”. Then walked away and stood there doing nothing. They expedited mine and it took about 3 more minutes. When I left, nobody else had been served and the same cars were waiting for over 20 minutes. Then I noticed the English muffin was cold and not toasted at all. Today, I wanted to try the new Big Arch. Same story. I paid, got my drink, and was asked to park next to spot 7 because 1-7 all had customers waiting. This time I stayed in the car. 17 minutes after I ordered, my food showed up. No apology for the wait and my fries were cold and hard. I’m pretty sure they put them in a bag and they hung out the whole time I waited. I gave them 2 chances and it took too long, no apology, and the food was bad. Usually, they would give a voucher for free fries or something to get me to return. They did nothing right and lost a customer because of it. This was the McDonalds on Avalon in Klamath falls, Oregon.

  I am absolutely kind blown that I am not ALLOWED to have the cheese removed from the mcdouble meal I have a food allergy and cause of that I don't get to have that meal because I have them take off the cheese it's no longer a mcdouble that's just absolutely ridiculous 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 come on do better than that McDonald's

  I waited in the Line to pay for 10 minutes and now I’m waiting another 10 minutes for my food when it should’ve already been done. Very poor service

  Moved to the area last year. Every time I have visited using drive thru I always have to pull up and wait in a spot forever. Most of the time the food is right, which is why I risk it sometimes but honestly...both McDonald's here have serious issues with the time it takes to get a CORRECT order
